Ready for an unforgettable night? Book your spot to perform at The Green Room 42 at YOTEL. The YOTEL shows are quickly gaining a reputation as one of the hottest comedy spots in the city. Why? Because they offer everything a comic could want: great tapes, surprise appearances by pros from Gotham and The Comedy Cellar, and large, enthusiastic crowds. Plus, there’s no drink or food minimum for the 8 PM Saturday shows – making it easier for your guests to enjoy the night without the pressure. On top of that, YOTEL serves some of the best food in the city! The last Saturday of every month features our LGBTQ-themed show, adding even more excitement and diversity to the mix.

Always be aware of the show’s running time. If the crowd is hot, move things along! If a comic bombs, step up with strong material to bring the vibe back, fast. Hosts who understand this balance get the gigs – those who don’t, don’t last long. Remember: Are you moving the show along smoothly or hogging the stage? That’s what producers will notice."
